Full-Time Marketing Associate

Location : Alpharetta, GA

Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM, Monday-Friday

Compensation : Hourly (Pay Based on Experience)

Local Travel Required - Mileage Reimbursed

About Us

Blue Monster Management is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to join our team part-time in Alpharetta, GA ! We oversee operations for A Smile 4 U , a privately owned dental group with locations in Cartersville, Dalton, Decatur, East Point, and Hiram .

Our practices offer a wide range of specialties under one roof-including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery -serving both pediatric and adult patients. We're committed to delivering a positive and memorable experience for every patient.

Your Role

Local Outreach & Promotion

  • Visit nearby businesses to promote our services
  • Build relationships and generate referrals through in-person networking
  • Represent A Smile 4 U with professionalism and enthusiasm

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram and Facebook
  • Highlight services, team members, and patient testimonials
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages

    • Administrative tasks

  • Work closely with the Executive Assistant to help manage tasks and contribute to ongoing projects
  • Organize files, mail, and office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing agendas
  • Prepare meeting rooms and manage inventory

    • What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with public interaction and local travel
  • Experience using social media platforms for business
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Background in marketing or sales
  • Dental or medical knowledge is a plus
