Forklift Mechanic with CDL

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for CDL Licensed Technicians in our Elkhart branch located at 2988 Paul Dr, Elkhart, IN 46514.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic with a Commercial Driver’s License to join our team. As a CDL Licensed Technician, you will primarily perform technician work while also driving as needed.

Monday-Friday, first shift hours, and works around 40 hours a week with opportunity for overtime. In this role, approximately 90% of the time will be dedicated to hands-on wrenching and mechanical tasks, while the remaining 10% will involve driving responsibilities.

Our CDL Licensed Technicians Typically : Have a Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record. Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a technician or mechanic is preferred. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of the job.

Work Independently with Minimum Supervision. Value the Importance of Safety. Ability to lift 80 pounds due to Lift and Move Functions.
