Today we are looking for a career oriented Lead Maintenance Technician III to join our TEAM at Hunter's Ridge in Toledo, Ohio. This position is responsible for general upkeep of the apartment community, work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance. What We Offer :

• Pay starting at $24.00 / hr.+ based on experience
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure up to $3,000 Per Year!
