Construction Integration Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Integration Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of our production and operating workers. This role requires an individual who can effectively motivate teams, improve production methods, and ensure the highest quality of finished products.
Responsibilities
- Implement measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
- Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production and maintenance data to identify problems.
- Recruit, train, evaluate, and manage staff, while addressing any personal grievances.
- Set and monitor product standards to ensure the quality of finished products.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and personnel records.
Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in construction, construction management, and project management.Proficiency in Excel, especially in building progress trackers.Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Extensive knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.Experience in hi-tech construction is a significant advantage.Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles related to technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment located in Phoenix, with a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, including 10 hours dedicated to specific tasks. The role provides a dynamic setting that combines both on-site and remote work, ensuring flexibility and a balanced work-life experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Goodyear, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $88.00 - $98.00 / hr.
