NetSuite Platform Owner

We are looking for a NetSuite lead / product owner.

Responsibilities :

• System Maintenance : Maintain the NetSuite platform to optimize performance and functionality.
• User Support : Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on NetSuite features and best practices.
• Troubleshooting : Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Data Management : Ensure data integrity through regular audits and updates.
• Documentation : Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary NetSuite administrator and internal SME, managing system configurations, customizations, workflows, roles, and permissions, creating and maintaining dashboards, saved searches, reports, and KPIs to support business operations, and providing ongoing support and training to users across departments.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
