Warehouse Operations Clerk

Warehouse Clerk

Audits warehouse folders for accuracy and closes out orders in the system. Completes other warehouse clerical duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Reviewing dates to ensure they are within the guidelines of the receiving country.
• Reviewing photos / folder of shipment information and asking approval from management before loading.
• Closing out all orders to finalize shipments.
• Communicating with market managers on product issues.
• Generating daily reports on all items requiring approval.
• Generating fees on folders.
• Clerical duties : answering phone, filing, responding to inquiries, photocopying, etc.

Qualifications :

Education : HSD or equivalent preferred

Experience : 1-year of warehouse office experience preferred

Decision Making Authority :

Most important decisions made fully independently : Final approval on shipment folders. Most important decisions made with review and approval of other individuals or supervisors : Short shelf life action decisions.
