Hardware Tech Support Engineer
TITLE : Hardware Tech Support
LOCATION : split time ONSITE West Jordan and Salt Lake, Utah
PAY : $25-30 / hour, DOE
ENGAGEMENT TYPE : 12-month contract
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ?
The Hardware Technical Support Specialist will research, install, and maintain hardware systems. They will troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications.
They will install and configure laptops, printers, printing machines and RF guns for the opening of new retail stores across the US.
They will troubleshoot technical issues and repair faults.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ?
Must Haves
- 1+ year experience in tech support, desktop support or similar role Proficiency in Windows / Linux / Mac OS
- Experience with any remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Attention to Detail
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree (IT or Computer Science Preferred)
Nice to Haves
Certifications : Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
