We're excited to be on a hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as our next Finance Manager!

In this role, you will oversee group financial operations. You'll prepare management reports, coordinate audits, ensure compliance with tax and gaming obligations, and support merger and acquisition (M&A) readiness. This is a hands-on, strategic finance role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact on the company's financial direction.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting and reporting.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts and financial reports under IFRS.
• Manage PSP reconciliations.
• Coordinate external financial audits and ensure timely submission of documentation.
• Maintain compliance with tax, VAT.
• Act as the finance lead for M&A and due diligence preparation.
• Maintain and manage data room financial documentation for advisors and auditors.
• Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Liaise with legal, compliance, and operations to ensure full financial transparency.
