This position requires a registered nurse with experience in critical care settings, who can provide routine and complex care while setting long-range goals or plans.

Responsibilities :

• Meet expectations by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients
• Provide education to patients, family members, and / or caregivers on various topics, such as medication management and treatment options
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
• Assess learning needs and develop personalized education plans for patients
