As our Risk Technology practice continues to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Manager, focused on SAP application risk and controls and technology enablement, to manage client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

Your key responsibilities
Leveraging your knowledge of IT environments and industry trends, you will work closely across competencies, service lines and sectors to develop innovative solutions to build and sustain risk management and governance programs for our clients.
You will lead EY teams responsible for transforming risk functions and implementing leading practice technology solutions.
- You will leverage SAP controls experience and strong project management skills, to effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of controls and IT risk solutions for globally distributed, and complex projects.
- Deliver facts, analyses, and recommendations in an accurate, clear, and concise manner.
- Foster relationships, work collaboratively with business and process owners, along with effective stake holder management skills.
- Experience in leading the teams both onshore and offshore, ensuring the timely completion of project implementations along with quality deliverables.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 6+ years of related work experience as SAP Controls manager experience with controls design, automation, build, test and deploy, across various SAP business processes.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Accounting, Finance or Supply chain
- Demonstrate solid understanding of SAP Controls framework across all SAP business processes (, purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash)
- Hands-on, results-oriented, delivery-driven individual requiring minimal guidance.
- Ability to support multiple projects, shifting priorities, and changing environments.
- Advanced project management and client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and teaming skills, with ability to train, coach and manage staff
- A valid driver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally to meet client needs
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Industry related certification (, CPA / CA, CISA, CISM, CRISC etc..)
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends
- Foundational understanding of SAP auditing

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $103,300 to $189,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $124,000 to $215,300.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
