In the Role

• Effectively multitask and adjust to the fast-paced demands of the job, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy, encouragement, and ease, delivering results that align with individual and branch goals.
• Build new connections and maintain existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life-cycle, providing tailored solutions based on their needs.
• Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and colleagues using various technological channels, including phone, email, chat, and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement, fueled by an internal drive to succeed and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate and inform customers about optional insurance products to ensure they fully understand the loans, terms, and available options.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, including Saturdays.

The target base salary range is $20.00-23.00 per hour, based on various factors such as skills and work experience. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
