Addison Group is seeking a Medical Biller to support a growing healthcare organization in Pawtucket, RI. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a stable schedule and the chance to work with a collaborative team in a hospital billing environment.

Key responsibilities include :

• Data verification : Review and verify billing data for accuracy and consistency
• Accounts receivable : Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Discrepancy resolution : Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
• Collaboration : Work with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Payment processing : Post and process incoming payments
• Insurance claims : Prepare and submit claims to insurance carriers
• Compliance : Stay current with billing regulations and insurance practices
• System updates : Maintain and update billing records in Epic
• Client communication : Discuss account balances and payment plans with clients
