This hospital is a well-established healthcare center serving the Yakima Valley community. The facility features a comprehensive surgical department with 7 ORs in the main Surgery department, 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center, 2 GI treatment rooms, 1 Bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab, providing diverse clinical experiences in a supportive environment.

Opportunity :

Certified - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Details :

• Full-time schedule composed of 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts, Friday-Monday (schedule must include both Saturday and Sunday)
• Medically supervised, care team model
• Diverse case mix including ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro)
• Required skills include general anesthesia for adult, pediatric and trauma patients
• Must be proficient in spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and obstetrical cases
• Experience with healthy pediatric cases required
• Preferred skills include neonatal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, thoracic cases, complex orthopedic cases, and pain management techniques
• Additional preferred skills include post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks, epidural steroid administration, ventilation management, and evaluation of acute volume / BP issues
• Placement of central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters preferred
• CRNA supervision experience preferred
• Must be licensed in WA or have IMLC
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Level 3 trauma and pediatric facility
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-90 days

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
