About The Role
As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be the architect of our next chapter of growth for our largest customer segment.
- Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team : Mentor and grow our inbound digital marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and empowering the team to deliver their best work.
- Own the Growth Marketing Strategy for Our Largest Customer Segment (hosts with fewer than five properties) : Take complete ownership of the marketing strategy, inspire cross‑department collaboration, and be accountable for growth of this critical segment.
- Command a Multi‑Channel Performance Marketing Engine : Architect and manage advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, strategically commanding a multi‑million dollar budget to maximize ROI.
- Transform our Website into a Conversion Machine : Own website success beyond content architecture; lead CRO efforts, drive rigorous experimentation, and collaborate with content and product marketing teams to test and optimize conversions.
- Master the Customer Journey Through Lifecycle Marketing : Design and build nurturing campaigns that guide prospects from first touch to acquisition, creating personalized journeys that improve engagement, drive product adoption, and increase conversion rates.
- Champion a Culture of Data‑Driven Experimentation : Foster an environment where data guides decisions, champion AI adoption to boost performance, and use SQL and other analytical skills to uncover actionable insights.
- Build our Virtual Events Channel from Scratch : Create compelling virtual events that educate both veteran and new hosts, bringing prospects into the funnel and nurturing them to conversion.
About You
Seasoned leader with 10+ years in B2B SaaS growth, with a track record of driving significant ARR growth in a product‑led environment.Inspiring and empathetic manager who builds up team members and celebrates their success.Master of the growth marketing toolkit, with deep, hands‑on expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and website optimisation, and a strong understanding of how these intersect with content, SEO, and field marketing.AI‑first mindset : Proven history of implementing AI to find efficiencies and unlock new growth opportunities.Data‑savvy : Analytical mind that distills complex data into clear, actionable stories for the team.Excellent collaborator and communicator, capable of influencing peers and building integrated, cross‑functional campaigns that deliver results.How to apply for this position
