Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Transformational Nurse Leader located in Mansfield, TX. The Transformational Nurse Leader will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, implementing quality improvement initiatives, leading a team of nursing professionals, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Daily tasks include managing staff, developing and monitoring policies and procedures, mentoring and training nursing staff, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills in a healthcare setting
• Experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Strong communication, mentoring, and training abilities
• Expertise in nursing operations, policy development, and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Registered Nurse (RN) license and Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Master's degree preferred
• Certifications in nursing leadership or management are a plus
