The REI Physician position at Pinnacle will allow you to engage with the patient throughout their journey while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care.
We are seeking REI Physicians to join our dedicated teams nation-wide. These are full-time, benefits-eligible positions.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose fertility issues, and devise personalized treatment plans.
- Perform an array of gynecological procedures, including ultrasounds and hysteroscopy, with opportunities for in-hospital gynecological procedures.
- Offer preconception counseling and optimize fertility through lifestyle guidance.
- Administer and closely monitor fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
- Collaborate seamlessly with fertility specialists, embryologists, and nurses to ensure the continuity of patient care during fertility procedures.
- Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and potential risks to patients with compassion and clarity.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to individuals and couples navigating the challenges of infertility.
- Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments.
- Participate in research projects that advance the field of fertility treatments.
POSITION REQUIRMENTS
- Completed OB / GYN residency and REI fellowship.
- Certified in OB / GYN and REI.
- Valid medical license in the state of practice.
- Proficient in medical evaluations, gynecological procedures, and fertility treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathetic bedside manner and counseling skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education and staying updated.
- Willingness to participate in research projects.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$350,000 - $750,000 annually
The compensation range for this position is between $350,000 and $750,000 per year. Final salary offers will be determined based on factors such as years of experience, skills, and qualifications.
