Arizona Licensed Social Worker

A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker to provide direct patient care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions in inpatient or outpatient settings

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans

Manage crisis situations and collaborate with an integrated care team

Required Qualifications

Active and valid Arizona license as LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT

At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant settings

Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including those with high acuity levels

Non-judgmental and inclusive attitude toward all individuals

Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
