What You’ll Do :

• Account Management : Handle all aspects of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and addressing inquiries promptly.
• Policy Administration : Process renewals, endorsements, certificates, and claims with precision and efficiency.
• Risk Assessment : Analyze and assess clients’ insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other team members to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.

What We’re Looking For :

• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on middle to large market accounts.
• Software Proficiency : Experience with Epic or other insurance software is highly desired.
• Licensing : Current Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
