About the Role :

Are you passionate about helping people and solving problems? TEKsystems is seeking a Level 1 Helpdesk Support Technician to join their client's dynamic IT team. This is your chance to be the first line of support for the healthcare heroes who rely on technology to care for others. What You’ll Do :

Provide world-class customer support to nurses, doctors, and staff

Troubleshoot basic IT issues : password resets, connectivity, application access

Log and manage tickets using a problem management system (ServiceNow experience is a plus!)

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

Stay informed on system updates and application changes

Collaborate with IT teams to support hardware / software rollouts

Must-Have Skills :

1+ year of help desk or call center experience

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and personal etiquette

Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure

Technical aptitude and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

On-phone customer service experience

Familiarity with healthcare IT environments

This is a Contract position based out of Brentwood, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr.
