Pay Rate Range : Up to $110,000 / yearly

Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst who is passionate about numbers and finance, possesses excellent analytical skills, and has a strong background in the manufacturing, biotech or similar industry.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting corporate financial planning and analysis efforts. Our client continues to grow and has a culture focused on sustainability and the environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform forecast and reforecast to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cost analysis.
• Evaluate the financial performance of projects, departments, and SG&A for business stakeholders
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing or biotech finance.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of finance experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, biotech, or similar industry
• Finance experience in a COGS environment preferred
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Professional, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) is a plus.
