Your main goal will be to own and materially grow millions in self-serve revenue by leading n8n's PLG enginewith an immediate focus on activation and durable growth loops.
To do so, here are your responsibilities :
Own Revenue & Set The Growth Strategy
Forecast and model self-serve revenue; partner with Finance / RevOps on targets and lead MBRs.Identify and stack-rank levers across acquisition, activation, retention; time monetization for later.Align PLG?Sales handoffs and define PQL / PIQ with Sales / CS.Run Experiments & Build Data Foundations
Maintain a hypothesis backlog and trustworthy tests; drive ?10 meaningful experiments / month with captured learnings.Define critical events, ensure 95%+ accuracy, and ship trusted activation / retention dashboards.Personally build / own growth models for activation, FVT, and retention.Lead Cross-Functional Execution & Team
Operate as a player-coach across funnels, onboarding, lifecycle, and website conversion.Partner with Eng / Product / Marketing on experiment SLAs, AI use-cases that reduce FVT, and high-converting messaging.Manage the Growth PM; hire for gaps (analyst, lifecycle / CRM, web / SEO) and coach a high-velocity pod.Requirements
Must-Haves
PLG / Growth leadership : 610+ years in B2B SaaS with proven activation ownership and self-serve revenue impact.Commercial ownership : You run MBRs, forecasting, and variance analysis and can explain growth drivers with clarity.Hands-on product growth : You personally design / run experiments and influence pricing / packaging and conversions.Analytical depth : You build models, define reliable instrumentation, and design trustworthy tests.Product sense, not just tweaks : You make foundational moves that bend the curve.Player-coach manager : You've managed PMs / ICs and shipped cross-functionally in self-serve + sales-led contexts.Nice-to-Haves
Sharp copy & UX intuition : Comfortable iterating IA, messaging, and in-product nudges.Dev-first : Templates / marketplaces or integrations ecosystems.AI & UBP exposure : Drove AI feature adoption and / or usage-based pricing.Scale stories : Helped grow self-serve x5 from dozens of millions of revenue and built lifecycle / CRM or web growth teams.Why join us?
