Location :  In-person at Events (Not Remote)

We partner with local and national nonprofits to grow their reach, connect with donors, and raise funds for great causes.

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative :

  • Represent our charity clients with positivity and professionalism
  • Provide great customer service at events and in-person campaigns
  • Answer questions and share info about our nonprofit partners
  • Help keep events running smoothly from start to finish
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed goals
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Strong multitasking and adaptability
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Works well independently  and  with a team
  • Eager to grow
