Essential Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assists with drafting, reviewing, and organizing construction and vendor contracts.
- Monitors and maintains litigation files, coordinates with outside counsel, and supports internal reporting.
- Supports compliance with state and federal regulations, including license renewals and filings.
- Maintains corporate records, assists with entity formation, and manages annual reports and filings.
- Assists with insurance claims, certificates of insurance, and indemnity provisions in contracts.
- Tracks and manages regulatory licenses across jurisdictions.
- Other duties as assigned.

5–7 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in the construction or insurance industryStrong understanding of contract law, regulatory compliance, and risk managementExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systemsBachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate requiredDirect experience may be substituted for educationPreferred Qualifications :
