Job Title : Division 8 Project Manager

Location : Orlando, Florida

Reports To : Senior Project Manager or Operations Manager

Type : Full-Time, Permanent

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Division 8 Project Manager to oversee all aspects of commercial and residential construction projects related to Division 8 (Doors, Frames, and Hardware). The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Division 8 projects, including doors, frames, hardware, and specialty products.
• Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for Division 8 projects, ensuring all project goals are achieved.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with Division 8 standards.
• Collaborate with architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and adherence to project plans.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, update stakeholders on progress, and identify potential issues or delays.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success and repeat business.
• Manage project financials, including estimating, budgeting, invoicing, and managing change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior project managers and staff.
