The Senior Project Manager at HCL will be responsible for project and program management using Agile methodology. They will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross functional project teams to deliver high-quality results within scope and schedule
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
• Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Implement agile methodologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within the project team
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals
• Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
