Are you a tenacious, high-energy professional who thrives on the phone? Spherion Fort Myers is urgently seeking a Collection Specialist to immediately jump into a high-volume, time-sensitive project in Fort Myers. We need candidates ready to hit the ground running on the phone, as this role requires spending 80-90% of your day actively managing residential customer accounts. This is a chance to put your detailed documentation skills to work and help our client get to a better place by ensuring consistent account resolution.

While this is a 45-60-day project, strong performers could have the potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities :

• intermediate Excel experience
• heavy phone work and detailed documentation experience
• mixture of business to business and residential customer calls(mostly residential)
• tenacious, detailed, consistent, high-energy
• Invoicing process knowledge is a plus and will make for a better fit
• Must be ready to hit the ground running and get on the phones

Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
