Strong reputation, 90% repeat business, works with a wide range of commercial, retail, healthcare, education and multi-unit projects. Have separate division self-performing site work, demo, concrete and carpentry trades. Company Stats : Annual volume $35M to $45M, Bonding Capacity $80M, single project $20M. Searching for a “roll-up-your sleeves” Controller-someone who’s hands-on and ready to take charge. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

• Running the monthly financial statements with financial short- & long-term planning.
• Cash flow analysis.
• WIP Reports, monthly / quarterly taxes.
• Preparing year-end financial work-papers for outside CPA firm to prepare the year end federal & state tax returns. SOFTWARE : Viewpoint / Vista (just upgraded to a cloud-based version) which handles all accounting, payroll, and HR functions. CLIENT’S OBJECTIVES :
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in accounting. (Master’s a plus)
• Solid construction background.
