Job descriptionProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis of financial statements Assist with financial modeling of capital projects, M&A targets, & other growth initiatives Assist with M&A process from due diligence support to integration support Work with sales & operations teams to build annual budgets & maintain forecasts Ad-hoc financial modeling to support sales & operations teams Work with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Develop and or enhance tools, reporting, and metrics to improve efficiencies, costs and or data analysis Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience Ability to navigate / understand financial statements Prior exposure to valuation and financial return models Advanced Excel skills Advanced PowerPoint and Word skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter; creative, innovative, organized Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner Experience in the aggregates / greater construction / building materials industry Overall software / computer literacy Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance Positive, team-based attitude
