Job descriptionOversee the month-end close process including reconciliations and journal entries Assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end financial statements Track investments, endowment, and grant revenue recognition Manage post-award grants management Partner with IT for any process improvement or integrations Manage 4 employees including reviewing work, providing feedback, and providing coaching Support the annual audit Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or experience equivalent (+4 years) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Experience in nonprofit accounting and grants management required CPA certification is a plus but not required
