The Role
We are looking for an Intern to support the Learning and Development department and learn about Bi-State Development’s different enterprises while developing a professional portfolio. Through various hands-on learning opportunities, you will be able to contribute to projects that support organizational goals.
Paid internship, maximum of 20 hours a week.
Rate of Pay : $20 / hour
Responsibilities
Work with organizational leadership to support learning and development goals and projects, gaining vast experience by working with all sectors of Bi-State Development. L&D’s role is to execute a company-wide approach to learning & development to drive BSD’s business strategies, creating a cohesive and integrated learning process for a high-performance culture to improve employee capabilities, cultivate growth and foster learning engagement for all employees.Work will include one or more of the following :

Education
Degree : Pursuing a Master’s Degree or Doctorate Degree
Field : Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or similar
