Senior FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance Team. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. What You'll Do :

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting to support budgeting and planning activities.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process, providing input and helping develop financial forecasts.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management and stakeholders as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, ensure data integrity, and provide financial insights for business initiatives.
• Assist in the development of financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track financial metrics, and provide recommendations for optimizing financials performance.
• Support strategic planning activities including goal setting, regional and product analysis.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Where You'll Work :

This is a hybrid role, whereby the successful candidate is expected to work in-office at our New York City Headquarters (100 Park Avenue) a minimum of 3-days per week.
