We are seeking a highly motivated charismatic individual with a dynamic personality to join our team as a Recruiter. Key Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate and support the agencys mission and values
• Maintain a positive attitude and take pride in daily responsibilities
• Source and recruit candidates using databases social media and other platforms
• Review and screen resumes and job applications
• Learn and maintain our online paperwork systems with strong attention to detail
• Interview healthcare professionals evaluating strengths skills and alignment with client needs
• Assess applicants knowledge skills experience soft skills and aptitudes
• Onboard new employees to ensure full integration into the organization
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings to appropriate job boards colleges newspapers and other outlets
• Assist with conducting new-hire orientations
• Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain confidentiality of client personnel and agency information
• Utilize Home Health or CNA knowledge to assist with training programs and orientation
