Responsibilities and Duties :

• Provide in home and community based behavioral management services for our surrounding area counties and / or agencies
• Work with children / adolescents children who have been dully diagnosed with developmental disabilities and emotional, behavioral or mental health disorders
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior
• Utilize a Wraparound philosophy and approach which focuses on strength-based, individualized care

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related discipline
• Must have at least 1020 documented hours of experience working with children / adolescents with developmental disabilities and emotional, behavioral or mental health disorder
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
• People who can work independently and are accountable
