Job Description :

The Product Life Management Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the Transitions team for one of the nation’s largest specialty beauty retailers —the only company offering prestige, mass, and salon products and services under one roof. This role ensures product disposition accuracy and compliance, including SKU coding, listing, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, Excel-proficient, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage SKU maintenance by ensuring all Add / Delete forms are complete and accurately coded with disposition details.
• Update and maintain disposition data in systems such as POP Portal and PIM at both brand and item levels.
• Provide operational support through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Communicate updates and ensure visibility of category transitions to the broader operations team.
• Initiate RTV / DIF processes and coordinate with brands / buyers for RA numbers.
• Execute clearance markdown cadence as directed by buyers.
