Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
  • Build rapport with prospects through effective communication and active listening.
  • Present product / service offerings persuasively and address customer inquiries to drive sales conversions.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members and other departments to optimize sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Requirements

Knowledge of wireframe tools and a portfolio of design projects (e.g. Wireframe. cc and Invision). Knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop that is up to date.

Front end programming like HTML, Javascript, CSS & Bootstrap An organized workshop facilitator who understands how to prepare, run, and analyze a workshop with the team and customers.

Strong expertise and comprehension of online and mobile platforms (iOS, Android design requirements), as well as their constraints.

A great speaker who will know how to present insights, ideas, and concepts to clients and the team.
