Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and technology / media / telecom locations and their perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe for signs of suspicious behavior or activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of location-specific rules and regulations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site. Support emergency response efforts, including evacuations or medical situations, as directed by site procedures. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. Security Professional - Retail Unarmed Patrol
As a Security Professional - Retail Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail, mall, and tech / media / telecom locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence and professionalism will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, as you interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Tue 10 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 PM

Sun 10 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM

- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
