Sodexo's Campus Segment is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Operations Manager for The University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused university dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential dining, retail food operations, catering operations, team development, and client relations, along with proven success in achieving operational and financial goals. This role will also support the Area General Manager in senior account leadership functions and work as the acting GM during limited times that the Area General Manager is away from the account.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
