This role drives national strategy into execution, driving the success of Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Area Sales Representatives (ASRs), and Market Development Managers (MDMs) to deliver measurable results in-store. With a strong leadership presence and ability to inspire at every level of the field team, the National Field Director sets the tone for performance, culture, and excellence, ensuring that Snapdragon is an elite team driving brand preference and sellout across multiple retail channels. The National Field Director is not only the leader of our frontline organization but also a catalyst for connecting execution with strategy. Compensation

Minimum Pay : USD $110,000.00 / Yr.

Maximum Pay : USD $120,000.00 / Yr.

The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
