What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build internal and customer-facing tools to accelerate the go-to-market (GTM) motion using AICollaborate with stakeholders across GTM teams to understand needs and rapidly prototype solutionsDeploy, measure the impact of, and refine approaches based on pre-defined metrics in partnership with Marketing Ops and Sales OpsIterate quickly on tools based on end-user feedback and usageCreate documentation and ‘run-books’ for productionized solutions to assist with debuggingWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, Sales, or Marketing prior to transitioning to software engineeringProficiency in Python and JavaScript, with experience in both frontend and backend developmentFamiliarity with AI tools via APIsStrong understanding of engineering principles, version control, and modern toolingDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environmentHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
