We're growing and looking for a dynamic, client-focused Account Manager to join our team. This person will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth through consultative selling and exceptional service.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager, you'll be the face of MoralesHR to our clientsbuilding trust, diagnosing needs, and ensuring we deliver top-tier talent that aligns with their goals.
Client Partnership & Business Growth
- Own relationships with CEOs, Founders, CHROs, and Hiring Managers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts across industries and growth stages
- Drive new business through referrals, outreach, and warm leads
- Partner with recruiting to deliver fast, high-quality placements
- Lead regular client check-ins, communicate updates, and keep searches on track
Sales & Strategy
Use MoralesHR's consultative selling framework to understand client pain points and position tailored solutionsTranslate role requirements into compelling search strategiesCollaborate with the recruiting team to define role scope, hiring process, and candidate profileNegotiate fees, rates, and terms with an eye toward long-term partnershipExecution & Coordination
Guide clients from kickoff to hire using our structured process (intake, JD development, sourcing, interview coordination, feedback loops, offer management)Ensure a seamless experience by aligning stakeholders, timelines, and expectationsTrack activity and progress in Ashby and share updates via Slack, email, and weekly reportsProvide data driven insights and metrics to drive business forwardWhat You Bring
5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or sales (recruiting agency or consulting background a plus)Proven ability to build trust with executive stakeholdersExperience with recruiting, staffing, or professional servicesStrong communication skillswritten, verbal, and visualA proactive, organized, and responsive working styleComfort navigating multiple channels (Slack, Zoom, Gmail, Trello, Ashby)Genuine passion for helping people and solving hiring challengesWhy Join MoralesHR?
