We are actively hiring for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ground-up construction projects from start to finish; candidates with healthcare or hospital construction experience are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners throughout design and construction.
- Lead subcontractor and vendor management, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Maintain strong communication among field teams, clients, and company leadership.
Qualifications :
