Construction Project Manager - Medical, Healthcare

We are actively hiring for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ground-up construction projects from start to finish; candidates with healthcare or hospital construction experience are strongly preferred. A relocation package is available for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners throughout design and construction.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor management, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Maintain strong communication among field teams, clients, and company leadership.

Qualifications :

Proven experience managing ground-up projects within the medical, healthcare, or hospital sector.
