Field Service Technician
Job Description :
Premier Graphic Arts manufacturer and distributor of toner based digital printing equipment is searching to hire Field Service Technicians for Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus, OH regions.
Responsibilities include : Provide on-site technical assistance for the installation and service repair of the recently launched Toner-Based digital printing system.
Install, analyze and evaluate equipment performance.Provide solutions to service issues..Stay in contact with Technical Service Manager, Regional Service Manager and the Technical Support Phone team to ensure client issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Complete and submit service paperwork in a timely accurate manner..Manage and complete all preventative maintenance requirements.
Attend training classes to keep current on new and existing toner based digital printing equipment.Conduct technical training classes to technicians as needed.
Qualifications include : Minimum 3-5 years' experience servicing toner based production equipment.Experience in electronics and mechanical operations .
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Excellent verbal communication skills.Good client communication skills.
PC proficient with emphasis on MSOAble to travel within 3 hour drive from the Cleveland, Cincinnati and Columbus, OH regions.
