AboundHealth is seeking Pre-Professionals to work as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD). This role offers flexible schedules (mornings, evenings, weekends) that you can build around your classes.

A Day in the Life

• Patient Care & Support : Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and mobility.
• Healthcare Skills : Gain experience in medication administration, wound care, and monitoring physical and mental health needs.
• Case Management & Advocacy : Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), serve as a patient advocate, and help individuals navigate community resources.
• Clinical Documentation : Complete all necessary documentation of care, service provision, and medication logs, a critical skill in all healthcare fields.
• Behavioral Support : Learn to implement positive behavior supports and de-escalation strategies.
