The Locker Taylor Organization is a Life Insurance agency that is an international organization protecting working families through Life insurance throughout the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.
Our Organization serves working class families with life and health supplemental benefits. We have over 30,000 relationships extending to unions, associations, recreational organizations, and credit unions.
Your role would be to customize benefit programs to meet our clients needs. Being an essential field, we are in a recession proof industry with the opportunity for a high financial reward! This position is an opportunity to be a key part of Locker Taylor's team working with all levels of the company, including agency owner.
The best candidates will be able to :
- Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility
- Schedule appointments with clients requesting our benefits
- Respond to client requests for coverage while representing their best interests
- Create and explain individualized policies through our needs analysis system
- Receive continuing education through our company to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Requirements :
- Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-discipline and motivation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Military and former athletes strongly encouraged.
