About the Hospital / Manager Cath Lab (RN) Position :

Non-profit, growing, 500+ bed teaching hospital in the heart of the Southeast US
Position will manage a very busy and growing Cath Lab with a team of 22 FTE's
Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Director of Cardiovascular Services

Manager Cath Lab (RN) Requirements :

Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of acute care hospital leadership experience required
Must have at least three (3) years Cardiac Cath Lab clinical experience with complex procedures
Must have previous experience leading a team, being able to engage, mentor and motivate others, and establishing collaborative relationships across all levels
Proven track record of improving outcomes and efficiencies.
