Director of Commercial IT Systems

A company is looking for a Director, Commercial IT Systems to lead the strategy and deployment of technology solutions for commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the Commercial IT roadmap aligned with business objectives

Serve as the primary IT business partner to Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams

Build and manage a high-performing Commercial IT team and oversee vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical commercial systems leadership

Proven track record implementing CRM, ERP, and field enablement tools in a regulated environment

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and compliance frameworks

Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
