Candidate must have experience and aptitude for post-production and executing both the daily and long-term social media strategies for the Hotes Foundation. They will also be responsible for creating content and overseeing digital representation across social media platforms. This position will be working in-person with a collaborative creative team. This is not a remote position.

Candidate must have experience and aptitude for post-production and executing both the daily and long-term social media strategies for the Hotes Foundation. They will also be responsible for creating content and overseeing digital representation across social media platforms. This position will be working in-person with a collaborative creative team. Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in video editing with a documentary style.
• Bachelor’s degree (a combination of experience may be considered in place of degree).
• Strong proficiency Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
• Strong portfolio showcasing video projects, and graphic design work.
• Experience with social media platforms, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent organizations, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
