turn qualified interest into signed Retainer Agreements (RAs) while delivering an empathetic, transparent experience for every client.The Role As an Inside Sales Team Lead , you’re a player-coach :
balancing personal production with team leadership.You’ll manage a small pod of inside sales reps—driving accountability, improving objection handling, and increasing conversion rates.You’ll also partner closely with leadership to identify trends, test new messaging, and continually raise the bar.What You’ll Do :
Produce : Work your own inbound queue (calls, chats, webforms); run discovery, handle objections, and close RAs.Coach :
Lead daily huddles and weekly 1 : 1s; shadow live calls / chats; deliver concise, actionable feedback.Own the Metrics :
Drive Speed-to-Lead, Contact Rate, Show Rate, Close %, and Talk Time; publish daily scorecards.Refine Process :
Test openers, value props, and closes; reinforce script adherence; improve follow-up cadences.Maintain CRM Discipline :
Keep notes, next steps, and dispositions current; ensure pipeline cleanliness.Protect Quality & CX :
Ensure compliant, empathetic conversations with clear next steps.Collaborate with Leadership :
Share insights, flag patterns, and recommend experiments to boost team results.What You Bring 2+ years in inside sales or sales leadership (legal / services background, a plus) Proven record of exceeding quotas and driving team improvement Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills Data-driven mindset; proficient in dashboards / CRMs (Salesforce or Litify experience a plus) Clear, confident communicator and coach who thrives on accountability How You’ll Be Measured Personal :
