Responsibilities
1. Storage of Products and Parts
- Store products and parts in designated locations and supply the production line with the necessary items for production.
- Check for misdeliveries upon receipt of products.
- Verify the accuracy of product names or codes before they are sent to the production line.
2. Assembly :
- Carefully unbox packaged products or parts to prevent damage.
- Use production equipment to manufacture or modify products using the provided parts.
- Accurately print and attach product front covers, labels, and nameplates.
- Ensure assembly is done correctly by checking work instructions and QC process diagrams to prevent incorrect assembly.
3. Inspection :
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product front covers, labels, and nameplates are correctly attached.
- Use inspection equipment to carry out shipment inspections.
- Verify that the packaging boxes and the product model and code match.
- Print or request inspection reports to accompany the corresponding products.
4. Repair :
- Replace damaged boxes and wooden pallets during transportation.
- Substitute damaged covers, labels, and parts with proper components during product assembly.
5. Packing :
- Oversee the receipt of inventory, ensuring all items are checked against the packing list and inspected for damage or discrepancies.
- Inspect the packaging conditions of products or parts shipped from overseas.
- Efficiently place and manage products.
- Pack and manage products according to the codes and models listed on the boxes.
6. Loading / Unloading :
- Operate machinery and vehicles, such as forklifts, to load and unload goods.
- Collaborate with the manager and truck drivers to manage paperwork and ensure freight accuracy.
- Immediately report any damage or inventory issues to the manager.
7. Inventory Restocking :
- Monitor inventory levels and perform routine restocking of products to ensure availability.
- Use digital inventory systems to track stock levels and locations.
- Replenish empty stock locations with an emphasis on organization and accessibility.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Certification as a forklift operator is preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Preference for individuals with a basic understanding of tool usage.
- Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing.
